Hubspot: Our contact database, where we store information about ongoing interactions with APTO/PJ Production.
Google: Here we store information about visitors' behavior on our website.
Microsoft: Here we store our work files in OneDrive.
We retain data about you in our contact database (HubSpot) for as long as you continue to interact with APTO/PJ Production. Once a year, we clean up our contact database and delete inactive users. You are considered an inactive user if you have not opened at least one of the 11 most recent emails we have sent you from HubSpot.
We also clean up other systems once a year. Here, we delete data for which we no longer have a legitimate purpose to retain.
If you are a customer, we retain your information in accordance with accounting laws.
You can change or withdraw your consent from the Cookie Declaration on our website at any time. All you need to do is click on the icon at the bottom left corner. (black with icon resembling a lock)
